馬來酸二乙酯（Diethyl maleate）別名順丁烯二酸二乙酯為無色透明液體，能與多種有機(jī)溶劑混溶，在苯和氯仿中部分溶解，30℃時(shí)在水中溶解1.4%；水在馬來酸二乙酯中溶解1.9%。與88.2%的水形成共沸混合物，共沸點(diǎn)99.65℃；用作農(nóng)藥中間體，用于制備有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥馬拉硫磷，也可用于生產(chǎn)香料。
